Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/MR)- Serves up to eight adults at two different sites with developmental disabilities as well as significant physical and medical needs, ages 18 or older from Brown County or the surrounding area. The facilities are fully handicapped accessible.

Waiver-Hourly, Daily-  Provides up to 24-hour supervision or plans of care to individuals in their own homes or ages (18 or older) in a smaller setting, (2-4 individuals per house or apartment.  The service often includes an overnight companion.

SILS (Semi Independent Living Services)- Serves both men and women ages 18 or older that are capable of living on their own and require only a few hours of assistance each week. The services also include assistance with locating an apartment and finding a roommate, if desired.

Extended Care Home Health Services- Provides basic daily health care that can be provided in the home up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

CADI Waiver- Provides mental health services to children and adults in their own homes or a smaller setting (2-4 individuals per house or apartment). This often includes an overnight companion.
